  1. Of course! We are strong believers in having complete ownership of your business’s assets. Once your website is complete, you will have 100% ownership of the website, no questions asked.

Will my website be mobile-friendly so customers can access it on their phones and tablets?

How much do I have to invest to get help building my website for my business?

You will be making 2 investments.

One investment will go towards the purchase of your domain name for your business and website hosting( if you don’t already have these). This will allow you to own and manage your own domain name and website hosting for your business’s website. The company you choose to purchase your domain name and website hosting from will determine the amount you will invest. We help you choose the best option that best fits your current budget, and you can expect to spend between $140 - $400 a year for both your domain name and website hosting.

The second investment will be for our services to help you create the website your business needs while you focus on other areas of your business. The amount you will invest on our services will vary depending on what you will need for your website to be built. For example, if you do not have images for your website, we will add an additional fee so we can help provide the images your website needs. However, if you already have images for your website, the extra fee will not be added.

Is the appointment over the phone or a video call?

  1. All appointments are carried out over Zoom video calls to ensure a clear and effective communication between you and our team. We find that Zoom is the most efficient and convenient way to conduct appointments without the need for in-person meetings and travel.

Can I update my website on my own, or will I need to hire someone?

After your new website is ready to attract visitors and convert them into clients, we will create and share “how to” videos with you where we show you how you can update your website yourself. Whether you want to update an image on your website, whether you want to add or delete pages on your website, or if you want to add or remove a product or service, you will have a video that shows you just how to do that.

If you don’t have the time to make the updates yourself, we also have a monthly maintenance plan where we take care of the maintenance and updates of your website for you. This means you will be able to send our team an email or message about any updates that you may want on your website, and we take care of the updates for you.
